We purchased a house that needed some updating to the current home, and we worked with Summit through the design and building of an addition that has turned the house into our home. Summit was referred to us by our architect based on her long experience with them. Summit completed a major restoration / remodel of our 1938 Rochester home, maintaining its unique character. From the interior to the complete exterior with reconfigurations to rooms and custom installation of our antique marble fireplace surround and tile hearth. This was, without exception, our best interaction with a contractor. The character and quality workmanship of both the Summit employees and the subcontractors was exceptional.
